Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can send any unworn* item back to us within 14 days of receiving the product and ask for exchange or return.

*You can try the product on briefly as in the store’s fitting room. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in worn or otherwise non resellable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

I already have a return label

Please send us e-mail to address verkkokauppa@aukia.fi and tell us what kind of exchange would you like to make, so we can reserve the right item for you..

Just re-package all of the items with packing note and attach the return postage label on parcel.. Leave it on postage service point. We will send you back new products as soon as possible..

 

I don’t have a return label

In Finland

Please send us e-mail to address verkkokauppa@aukia.fi and tell us what kind of exchange would you like to make, so we can reserve the right item for you and send return label.. Leave the package to the POSTI service point with return postage sticker on the parcel. 

Outside Finland

Please send us e-mail to address verkkokauppa@aukia.fi and we will help you with exchange process.

Please do not send us any returns by your own means. This may lead to manusl customs handling thay may be expensive.Always ask us for return label.

I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT

I already have a return label

Just re-package all of the items and attach the return label.. We will refund as soon as we get the parcel. Return costs for SLOW delivery methods can be found from here:

In Finland

Outside Finland

Please send us e-mail to address asiakaspalautus@aukia.fi and we will help you with return process.

Pplease send us e-mail for us to provide you return label if label can’t be found at original package. Return is not free so we will deduct the sum from you return. Please note that for returns from EU this sum is normally price of original delivery plus any customs and handling costs depending on location and weight of the parcel. Always ask us for estimate of proce for returning product from outside European Union.
